This website collects almost nothing about you. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking technology of any kind. This policy explains the little that is collected, and by whom.
In short
We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics. We do not track you across sites, build a profile of you, or sell or share your information with anyone for marketing. If you email us, we have your email — that is essentially the extent of it.

Information collected automatically
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like virtually all web hosts, Netlify records standard server log information when a page is requested, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. These logs are generated and retained by Netlify as part of delivering and securing the site. We do not use them to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine them with any other information.
Typefaces served by a third party
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, your IP address is transmitted to Google, and Google's own privacy terms apply to that request. We receive nothing from this and set no cookies through it, but we would rather state it plainly than leave it unmentioned.
Information you provide
The only way to send us information through this site is to use the email or telephone links. If you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the substance of your enquiry. Email is handled through Microsoft 365.
We use that information solely to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, to carry out that engagement. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no third-party tracking scripts. There is nothing here to opt out of, which is why you were not shown a cookie banner.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be handled by the service providers that operate the infrastructure behind this practice — presently Netlify for website hosting, Microsoft for email, and GoDaddy as domain registrar — each acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as it remains relevant to a client relationship or a prospective one, and thereafter for as long as required for legal, tax, or professional-records purposes. Server logs are retained by Netlify according to its own retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what correspondence we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to casey@salvietticonsultinggroup.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, under the General Data Protection Regulation. We will honour any such request regardless of where you are located. Because this site collects no data suitable for targeting, there is nothing to opt out of in respect of sale or sharing.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Correspondence is held in a password-protected, access-controlled email account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — please use your judgement about what you send by email.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Because the practice collects so little, substantive changes are unlikely to be frequent.
